Hello, it's me again XsaberOMG and now we're back in Pt. 2 of this competition and now we will be able to finish the first round of this competition, I just want to let you know that this competition will be divided into three parts and this is the first round with 2 different articles, so maybe you will read a lot of articles to finish this whole competition. And now let's start

How do you manage taxes in your Country?

★ Home_Lander : Currently taxes are set at their standard rates that are given during the start of the server. Once we begin to advance more economically we will boost up production tax. From their begin to use the taxes to supply our citizens.
How does USA manage their economy?

★ Home_Lander : I am lucky enough to be apart of a team here that has members who are more economically inclined then me on the server. They handle the economy part and it is amazing how they do it and what they are able to do. I am terrible at economy to be honest so I am learning a lot so far.
How do you keep your workers keep working?

★ Home_Lander : Just by paying them lol. Soon we plan to expand on our product market so those paid will then be able to spend the USD they earn.
How many Workers work 2-3 times a day in your company?

★ Home_Lander : Unfortunately only a few have worked 2-3 times per day. Most of my employees are one and done.
How do you gather workers?

★ Home_Lander : We seem to make a decent amount of supplies. I believe as we get more workers either within the country through new players, players wanting citizenship or regions being conquered the supplies will continue to grow for everyone.
Does USA make a lot of supplies?

★ Home_Lander : I believe productivity will only continue to rise. Through more activity within the player base we should have no problem maintaining as well as growing our productivity.
Can USA maintain their productivity rate?

★ Home_Lander : I believe what we have done so far is decent but I do understand at the time of writing this it is day 4 and still very very early.
Last Question: Last Question: What do you think will happen in US Economy in the future will US become Economic Tiger or US will experience HyperInflation?

★ Home_Lander : Economic Tiger I got a very experienced group of players whom I am very grateful to be apart of in this perm

Goku Black Rose : We kept standart taxes, and didnt change a thing
Question: How does Indonesia manage their economy?

Goku Black Rose : We actually dont do a lot about it, just letting it be for while.
Question: How do you keep your workers keep working?

Goku Black Rose : We dont have a lot workers, who constantly work, but who works, we increase salary
Question: How many Workers work 2-3 times a day in your company?

Goku Black Rose : About 3-4
Question: How do you gather workers?

Goku Black Rose : Just keeping job offers, thats all.
Question: Does Indonesia make a lot of supplies?

Goku Black Rose : Thats a question i dont want to answer.
Question: Can Indonesia maintain their productivity rate?

Goku Black Rose : Actually we have couople of wars, so its hard to tell.
Last Question: What do you think will happen in Indonesia's Economy in the future will Indonesia become Economic Tiger or Indonesia will experience HyperInflation?

Goku Black Rose : It depends, how our wars end. If we manage not to lose, we may increase our economy, of our expanded land.

Question: How do you manage taxes in your Country?

hik : We went to classic 50% income tax in raws/products companies are in country so npcs arent destroying our market. Prod tax right now are only on diax,weps and iron cause this are most popular things produced in Poland.
Question: How does Poland manage their economy?

hik : Right now we try to sell products back to people for money they earned so our currency wont Lost value, we try to keep 0.1 ratio too.
Question: How do you keep your workers keep working?

hik : Unlucky we dont have anything to keep them in game, but as I mentioned before having products on market helps.
Question: How many Workers work 2-3 times a day in your company?

hik : Probably like 5% of all workers isnt leaving game after 1st work.
Question: How do you gather workers?

hik : We putting attractive payment on job market, right now though we dont have foreign workers in country, we might try to hire some gold workers in future.
Question: Does Poland make a lot of supplies?

hik : We have 2/3 military units in country which are producing things, Org are now making raw only.Mine mu is going pretty good with food and gifts, we selling it a lot to make more gold and faster economic growth.
Question: Can Poland maintain their productivity rate?

hik : Maintaining productivity rate isnt our target, every day workers produce more, so productivity rate should also grow in good organised country. Right now our country productivity is top 1, this position we prob cant keep for long.
Last Question: What do you think will happen in Polands Economy in the future will poland become Economic Tiger or Poland will experience HyperInflation?

hik :It more depends on the political situation, than our economy but if we keep our taxes and our workers will be buying products from market there wont be any inflation. But we also wont really become some kind of economic tiger. Just slow and stable economy.

Q: How do you manage taxes in your Country?

XsaberOMG : Oh we manage taxes by calculating it we start with a little bit higher to see if the org will get enough money so that the Philippine Government will not be bankrupt and after that we saw that taxes gave too much money to the national treasury so that we've decided to lower the taxes a little bit so that people will not struggle with taxes and also government can still continue growing with the taxes that we set.
Q: How does Philippines manage their economy?

XsaberOMG : We manage our economy by building Government Company and Establishing MU Companies so that we are prepared with any battles and after that we sell those item that has been produce by the Companies to build more infrastructure. some ways to manage our economy is private and this is the only thing I can share for now
Q: How do you keep your workers keep working?

XsaberOMG : Owh HAHA by just giving them the average salary so that they will not find any Jobs and as of now I have a company in Guatemala it's Iron and I have the most citizen in Guatemala, So how do you determined that you're giving them the average salary well you should not just base by the average salary of the country you establish your company you also need to base on you competitor companies and based also with the country's taxes I think I'm the only one in game who do this thing because most of them just want to make it more easy but hey it really works.
Q: How many Workers work 2-3 times a day in your company?

XsaberOMG : Oh NPCs I think they only work 2 times i rarely see them work 3 times but in the Philippines people work 2-3 time a day
Q: How do you gather workers?

XsaberOMG : Philippine gather workers by paying them with the average price and we make sure that money is useful that they can buy supplies because if they're not be able to use that money that we pay them then it's like you're paying your workers with play money or you're just slaving them in my Company I do the same as well but because they're npc they just sell their money in the MM
Q: Does Philippines make a lot of supplies?

XsaberOMG : owh about the exact assets of the Philippines we're not allowed to publicized them because if other countries know our assets they can prepare for the battle but Philippines Supplies in terms of trading them we do make a lot of supplies for selling.
Q: Can Philippines maintain their productivity rate?

XsaberOMG : For me not just maintain it from that ranking but we can grow it up we cannot tell right now that Philippines is doing something but we are doing something you will just see it in the few upcoming days and weeks.
Last Question: What do you think will happen in Philippines Economy in the future will the Philippines become an Economic Tiger or Philippines will experience HyperInflation?

XsaberOMG : Philippines? With its growing territory and then its growing Companies I know we will not experience Hyper Inflation because we managed our Economy very well and the more countries that lost in battle the more they need supplies so I know Philippines will be Economic Tiger.

What is e-Sim?

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
